Akash Supermini

What is Cloud Computing?

Simply put, cloud computing is the delivery of computing services—including servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence—over the Internet (“the cloud”) to offer faster innovation, flexible resources, and economies of scale. You typically pay only for cloud services you use, helping lower your operating costs, run your infrastructure more efficiently and scale as your business needs change.

How Can I earn Passively from Cloud Computing Services

With Akash  you can quickly and easily generate passive income at home or at the office by becoming a cloud provider on Akash’s DeCloud, the world’s first decentralized peer-to-peer cloud marketplace.

Run an application or machine learning workload, or offer your Supermini’s unused computer power to earn crypto. Get full control over your data and secure 10x lower cost for cloud compute--avoid costly cloud service providers. There is no need to have a degree in computer science for this one. If it is one thing Jireh Consulting aims to do is to make it as simple as possible for you to earn money. Akash is that exact plug and play solution that you need to make money.

What is the cost of the SuMi

The Super Mini is a super computer and has some really high end specifications and as it should based on what it is set up to do. However, given these types of specs, people all over have been asking what is the cost, with most assuming a significant outlay of cash to purchase the supermini. Well after a small investigation on various blogs I am seeing the estimated cost of USD975.00-USD1,000.00 per unit.  However, this price was related to the initial launch of the Super Mini  in the United States and all 300 soldout immediately. You can look for the Supermini being available again in the USA only, around September 2021, when the semiconductor supply catches up with demand.  In my opinion, I don't think that this cost is highly abrasive as an entry into a business that is usually controlled by 4 large cloud service providers, who charge premium. The bottom line here for me is that although you will invest USD1,000.00 you will be receiving crypto revenue for your services to the decentralised cloud. If you had to invest in the centralised way, you would have to invest thousands of dollars in hardware and software.

One of the other questions that was raised in terms of hosting the SuMi at your home was the cost of electricity and whether your utility bill was going to see a major jump from constantly running this elegant looking piece of equipment. Surely, this is no 5watt hotspot. When I know more about its power usage I will certainly advise, but at this point information is very scarce.

My Final Thoughts

My take away on this investment opportunity is that it is very exciting and p0tentially profitable it is estimated that the Akash crypto currency could be worth USD250.00 per coin by year end. You can buy the coin and HODL or Stake it.  Currently, staking interest is around 56% APY but I would also suggest to be involved in the business of the technology as well as this is where sustained profit will be for years to come and you can turn it into more business as you see your way through.
